The printable meal planners include 2 styles of Weekly Meal Planners, a Two-Week Meal Planner and a Monthly Meal Planner.
The meal planner templates for Excel and Open Office include a Weekly Meal Planner, a Monthly Meal Planner and a Monthly Meal Planner with Grocery List.
Here is more from the website about the templates:
The Weekly Meal Planner spreadsheet isn't just for printing a blank meal planner. For each main dish, side dish, breakfast, and lunch entry, you can select an item from a drop-down list within the cell. You can edit the meal lists based upon your own favorite foods and recipes. The weekly meal planner also has a notes and grocery list section.
The Monthly Meal Planner is great for longer-term planning. It contains lists for main dishes and side dishes and has the same type of drop-down list selection as the weekly meal planner above. If you prefer to write your meals ought by hand, this template works well for printing blank monthly menu planners.
The Monthly Meal Planner with Grocery List is a new (improved??) version of the monthly meal planner. It lets you list ingredients for each meal so that you can create a grocery list automatically. It does unit conversions and includes a place to enter prices. If you think this looks too complicated, you should have seen my first few attempts.
