I woke up this morning with horrible bladder pain. Bladder infection or kidney stones? How can I treat it?
I woke up this morning and urinated as usual, but I had more urine in my bladder and the flow wasn't as strong as normal (ocasionally I had to stop and start up again).
Also, my bladder feels painful (tender) when I make certain physical movements alongside an overall dull cramping. I only noticed this beginning just yesterday.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway I can self treat this?
Never try to self-treat a bladder infection. I don't care what anyone in here might try to tell you. Herbs, cranberry juices and other home remedies, 9 times out of 10 will NOT work. Bladder infections can easily turn into kidney infections if treated improperly or not at all. Kidney infections can be deadly, not to mention far more painful than a simple bladder infection. Cranberry juice is only good for helping to PREVENT infections, but likely will do nothing to cure it. Trust me, I have had a billion bladder infections and there is nothing you can do for them at home. You need antibiotics. Trying to self-treat is risky and is just going to prolong your suffering....and possibly worsen.
