Soy milk contain calcium?

I have recurring kidney stones and the doc said to limit or end my consumption of milk. I LOVE milk and was interested to switch to soy, but all containers of soy say "enriched with calcium." Is there that have little or no calcium?

I have good news for you. This is not exactly the calcium fortification causing your stones. You see, there is very little calcium in milk. Your body gains is 35 milligrams and whole milk. Skim or fat-free, even less. The problem is - our body leeches calcium our bones to deal with animal protein. Milk, cheese and I'm sorry to say - of the meat. This means that you can drink all the soy milk you want and no problem. Also, if you make heavy use of antacids, you want to stop. Another thing that causes the stones is the antacid / combination soft drinks.
