i have had stones in the past but this is different, i feel it could be my kidneys cause periodically I have lower back pain, especially when i eat but no pain otherwise, just strong odor and dark color

it sounds like your not getting enough water for yoour body to hydrate itself. try to drink at least 3 bottles of water a day. it may sound hard, but i drink 6 bottles a day. try to have sum fruit too.
