Crohn's, Kidney stone or appendicitis?
For 5 days I have been having pain in my stomach. It in my lower right abdomen now. The pain is awful. I can barely move. I am nauseous, sometimes vomiting. fever on and off. 99-101. The pain is excruciating. I am dizzy and light headed. Diarrhea as well. I feel a little dehydrated too. I was also told that it might be a kidney stone? This doesn't seem right. I want to go to the hospital but I don't have insurance... What do you think it is and what do you think I should do?
Unfortunately, I think the best answer is to go to the hospital. Whether you have either of those conditions, it's pretty serious.
I have Crohn's disease, and the first symptom for me was diarrhea, which lasted for weeks, along with painful stomach cramps. If you do have Crohn's disease, it sounds like it's pretty serious, however it could also be some sort of bacterial infection that you'd need to get antibiotics for, like C. Difficile.
Whatever it is, it's important to go see a doctor. You should do a search for free clinics in your area, and go to one as soon as possible.
