I went and got this pain in my lower, left abdomen. The doctor told me it's probably from too much sodium in my diet (like from snacks and soda) or kidney stones. I also have stabbing pains in my stomach once or twice every month, trouble urinating sometimes, and a tightening or warm sensation in my chest area. Are these from a sodium intake or could these be from something else?
