So, I have a prescription for valium and I had a prescription for vicoden last month. I no longer have the vicoden but I was wondering if they would both show up in a urine test the same. Wouldn't they both show up as a narcotic? And if so, is there different types of narcotics on the urine test? Basically, would whoever be giving the test know there was a difference between the vicoden and the valium? I don't want my work to know I take valium even though it's prescribed to me just because my job is really stressful and it's given to me for nerves. We take monthly pee test at my work. They know I was taking the vicoden(I had a kidney stone)and they don't know that I'm out of vicoden so when the valium shows up I just want to make sure that it will show up the same way a vicoden would.
