I think I have an infection?

Blood and urine tests came back very normal. THe only concerning numbers are my total bilirubin at 0.3 (low end of range) and my white blood cell count is at 9100 with normal differential percentages. Previous to this they thought it was my gallbladder due to severe abdominal pain, I think its kidney stones or infection... but I have no fever. Just pain, nausea and fatigue. Please help, doctors are not!

It really all depends on where the pain is. If there's no fever, and you're feeling nausious and fatigued, I would suggest that it could be due to a stress hormone. I'm not a specialist in this area, but I am familliar with stress pains (ulcers are a good example). I don't know enough to say that for sure though.
