well i don't know if you CAN dissolve kidney stones naturally or with meds, (when i had them my doctor told me that what ever would dissolve the stones would first dissolve my kidneys and every thing else it came in contact with) but you can pass them, drink lots of fluids (water!) but if they don't "pass" soon see you doctor, you can die of kidney failure!!
