Am I experiencing kidney pain?
The past few months, every once in awhile i get a bad sharp pain in my kidney....
a few years ago i had a kidney stone. when i had the stone, i had a high fever and chills.
the past few days, my lower abdomen on the right side, and kind of on my back (hard to explain) has been getting sharp pains. the pain comes in waves. it usually causes me to have to stop what i'm doing it hurts so bad. i THINK and i'm almost sure it's my kidney. when i pee its not bloody and doesn't burn, but i've noticed sometimes it is a little cloudy.
I am 18 weeks pregnant, but it doesn't feel like ligament pain or anything like that.
what do you think it could be? my kidney or something else? should i go see the doctor?
Go and see the doctor, you may have an infection or another kidney stone. I recently had a kidney infection and had to see the doctor, they'll just put you on antibiotics, but make sure that you tell them you're pregnant as some antibiotics could harm the baby.
