Kidney stone wedding ring?
Okay, girls, tell me what you think:
Let's say, hypothetically, your boyfriend proposes to you using a ring made from a kidney stone he had removed a while back. He says he's giving you a part of him. Does this sound romantic, or just plain creepy? If you had met in the hospital where his surgery took place, would that change things?
(I'm not actually planning on doing this.)
Creepy. And no, it does not matter if I met him in the hospital. The stone is not so much a part of him as it is something his body formed and then excreted, causing considerable pain until the offending thing passed. And anything excreted does not say "everlasting love" to me, lol!!
I think the premise is hilarious. This is makes for excellent fiction, but horrendous reality.
