TDS and Decalcification?

I'm looking for some water purifier from a leading company. TDS of water is 350. They said that purifier has decalcification system which breaks calcium and magnesium (not removing them but breaking their bond and separate). So that kidney stone formation wont happen. Is it true?

You probably want a reverse osmosis system which will filter out sediment because it has a very fine membrane that filters the water slowly through.
