Medical Terminology help?

What is the medical term for the inability to fully empty the bladder? (often indicates a blockage in the urethra)

what is the medical term for is pain caused by a kidney stone?

I've looked online but cant seem to find them anywhere...
Urinary Retention was the correct answer. Still looking for the one about kidney stone pain... Visceral pain is not the answer it wanted, unfortunately. Thanks to both of you for answering! :)
I have found it! renal colic! Definition: Pain caused by a kidney stone, which can be an excruciating and generally requires medical treatment.

Yay for me! ^^

urinary hesitancy, urinary retention (depends on what you are dealing with....whether it is a complete inability to void the bladder, or a partial inability to void the bladder). You would need to know what the blockage was being caused by to be more specific, such as a blockage caused by an enlarged prostate may be known as BPH if cancer is not present.

Pain caused by a kidney stone, would just be Visceral Pain

Oh, and so you can have it for future reference, here is a good branch chart for types and classifications of pain:

Learn something new everyday. Who knew...I figured they would just want the general pain type. Yes, good research skills. Glad you were able to find what you were looking for. I believe I will star this question, as it is one of the more esoteric ones I have seen in regards to a common nephrological issue.
