kidney stones on both sides
I have about 7 kidney stones total in both sides of kidneys..?

I have been to a urologist and renal specialist, both are telling me that since they are non obstructing, that I shouldnt be having pain....well I almost constantly have lower flank pain..i.e around my kidney area. I have never had a back injury or hurt myself so I know its not just "back pain". To me, having 5mm stones embedded in my kidneys doesn't sound good. Thats not normal and these docs are like, well until they are become obstructed, then we just will watch them. Meanwhile they have me thinking Im halucinating this pain, when it actually hurts. My ? is, are kidney stones in your kidneys safe at all or is this something that should be looked at again. I have no history of stones, im 32 yrd old..my 1st stone was in October of 08 and was 2mm, then in march I had another ct and then there were 3 stones, 6mm, 4mm, and 3mm. Now I have more?Whats going on??!!??

In Herbs of the Earth by Mary Carse, she lists under stones and gravel in the urinary system pertaining to kidneys and the bladder, that these are rare where apple cider or vinegar are a staple of the diet. (I note that this reference does not state whether the vinegar needs to be apple cider vinegar, but the brands in the health food aisle are less processed.

The woman I work for now, says her daughter passed a kidney stone (identified by a doctor) after taking apple cider vinegar. The Braggs brand found in the health food aisle suggests to take 2 teaspoons in water with honey 3 times daily and there is another organic brand called Spectrum.

Hope this helps if you try it. The apple cider vinegar is around four dollars.
