When I was in the fifth and sixth grade (I'm heading into my junior year of high school) I had kidney stones. And starting in fifth grade until now I've had too many kidney infections to count, and most of them have landed me in the hospital for a day or more. There's my history.

Lately I've been in the sauna/outside in the sun a lot. For some reason I just haven't been drinking at all, and I just realized this. I can't remember drinking anything in the past five days except for maybe a glass of soda/water here and there.

For two days I have had a dull aching pain on mostly my left flank, and a little bit on my right flank. The pain is elevated when I lightly tap either side. I've barely urinated, but the color isn't unusual. It doesn't hurt to urinate. I feel exhausted and can barely move. I have infrequent headaches that last a few minutes.

Could these be signs of a kidney stone forming? What do you think?
