What is going to happen to my Kidney stones?

Today I have been in the most excruciating pain in my lower abdomen, just above my genital area, I think I have kidney stones, though it was when the pain started to go that I am urinating blood, what do I do, will it pass because the pain is going, or won't it because of my blood urination?
Ok, I am urinating normally now, I woke up and it is back to normal, no blood, I also have no pains, does this mean that I have passed the stone?

Unfortunately you may not have done, it may have simply stopped moving. You need at least a KUB X Ray (kidneys,ureters, bladder,) and very probably an ultrasound as well. Start by contacting your GP.
