Would you have multiple lithotripsy treatments, or just live with the stones?

After going to A&E with severe pain in my right side, an xray and ct scan picked up kidney stones in both kidneys. I went for litho last week and really suffered a lot of pain the few days afterwards. Ive been sent another appointment for litho and been told will need more on other kidney, but am dreading it now and wonder am I better off just living with the stones, also the time ive had to take off work as sick is mounting up and im worried about that. Im 37year old female.

No have the treatment - the pain will be much less than that caused if one of the stones moves and gets stuck.
