What to eat if I have kidney stones and IBS?
I've been very sick for the past several weeks because I recently found out I have kidney stones. I've also got irritable bowel syndrome, so i suffer from stomach upset and nausea alot. These past few weeks I've been really sick and I can barely eat anything...whatever i take in i feel like im about to throw up. And i have no appetite what so ever...food just repulses me right now....I've basically been living off of potatoes and crackers for the past few weeks....What can I eat if I have kidney stones and IBS? What can I do to get my appetite back...my doctor's been no help. Someone please give me some advice....I'm losing weight and getting weaker because I'm barely eating anything.

I would cut out the crackers. Gluten is a very common cause of random health problems like this. I used to have IBS and kidney stones and it turned out to be a big contributing factor. Cut out gluten to see if that helps this. Try to eat some fruits if you can. Get some fruit juice to help you get some calories in you, that usually doesn't make me gag when I'm nauseous.
