Food poisoning, help!?

My boyfriend has bad food poisoning (we think). I looked it up on WebMD and he has all the symptoms of campylobacteriosis, (mostly bloody diarrhea). But all it says is to drink a lot of water and it should go away on it's own. But he also has sever pain in his right lower abdomen, and we don't know if it could be appendicitis, and he also has a history of kidney stones. He has had symptoms for 3 days now, and isn't getting any better. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help soon!
